VPS Pakistan Terms of Service and Privacy Notice

Services

VPS Pakistan provides KVM virtual private servers in Karachi or Islamabad, dedicated servers in Islamabad, Windows RDP in Karachi, and domain registration. Each service is delivered with the specifications shown at the time of order. VPS provisioning normally takes 3 to 24 hours, and dedicated servers 48 hours to one week. You are responsible for administering, securing and updating the software on any server you control.

Acceptable Use

You may not use our services for unlawful activity, including activity that breaks the laws of Pakistan or of the country where you operate. Spam, phishing, malware distribution, network attacks, unauthorised scanning, copyright infringement and hosting abusive content are prohibited. We may suspend a service that harms our network or other customers, and we will contact you through a ticket where possible.

Billing

Services are billed in advance for the period you select. Payment can be made by crypto, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or bank transfer. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension and later termination of the service. Domain prices and registry conditions are those shown at checkout.

Cancellation

You can request cancellation from the client area, either immediately or at the end of the billing period. Data on a cancelled server is deleted and cannot be recovered, so take copies first. Domain registrations remain subject to the rules of the relevant registry.

Backups

Unless you have ordered a backup add-on, you are responsible for keeping your own backups. We recommend storing copies away from the server they protect and testing restores regularly. RAID protects against disk failure but is not a backup.

Liability

We work to keep services running reliably, but we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the relevant billing period. Commitments for specific services, such as the dedicated server network commitment, apply as stated in the client-area terms.

Privacy

We collect the information needed to provide and bill for your services, such as contact details, order history and support tickets, and we share it only where required to deliver a service, for example with a domain registry. On this website, your theme choice and cookie preference are stored in your browser. Essential cookies are always on because the site needs them to work. Optional analytics cookies are used only if you choose "Accept All Cookies".

Changes to These Terms
